After four weeks of waiting, last Thursday, October 1, our anticipated letter from 50 E. North Temple St. arrived in the mail. To keep myself sane, I spent the afternoon making food for the family gathering. By 7:00 with nearly the whole family together, I asked for guesses to be made of our assignment.
Then David opened the envelope and I was so relieved to hear: "Concepcion Chile Mission with the primary responsibility to be office specialists."
Congratulations!!! You will have to let me know when your "farewell" is so I can come!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Tara's previous comment. This blog should be your communication with us from the mission (pictures included.) That way when you get home you can just print it up into a blurb book.
